Entry Level HVAC Service Technician / Maintenance Technician

Diamond Heating & Air Temp Alaska is looking for entry level service technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and not afraid to work hard.

Qualifications:

  • Assist in repairing residential or commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units and split systems, as well as ductless splits, boilers, and more.
  • Be able to provide maintenance on residential or commercial HVAC equipment on your own within 6 months of training.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs/expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • HVAC training preferred
  • Construction or other similar work experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions
